Beautiful historic charm with cozy fireplace features.
My experience was marred by disorganization in services, particularly with room cleanliness and delays in breakfast. The communication about room assignments was poor, as I was not given the room I initially booked and had to request a change. I found the lobby and dining areas too crowded, which detracted from the intimate atmosphere I was expecting.

Beautiful vibes in Île de Ré 🌊
The chommies at the hotel were just lekka and super cute. Our room had a killer view of the harbour, fine! Plus, the brekkie at George's was great, like seriously, I could eat that every morning!
Just a bit noisy at night with the late-night revellers, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.

As I was traveling mid-week when bookings are fewer, the hotel kindly upgraded me from a superior room to a lovely suite. It was a perfect space for me and my little dog (who was as welcome as I was.)

Exquisite, fairly clean place, worth its 5 stars. Magnificent central location, near to the peaceful gardens and the super restaurants located all around the quay. Besides, very convenient to St-Martin Harbor.

The location was convenient, the staff especially were charming and helpful and the ambience was splendid, thank you1
Very few genuine complaints, perhaps the car parking was complicated , (whoops my car was injured in transit from the hotel parking place !), Your prices seemed by present English standards to be expensive, but we found that this year prices in France had risen at rapid rate, quelle domage.

Relaxed sophistication of the Ile de Re which is perfectly complemented by the Hotel's facilities and their staff.
No substantial complaints but one comment that is common to so may very good hotels that we stay at - it is almost impossible to find enough light in the room to sit and read a book.
